Convertible FTO

Post by DZYRME »

I was just browsing the net and came across this picture of a convertible FTO. Dont know if any of you have seen this before, so I thought Id post it up. Does anyone know of any convertible FTO's in Australia?

I reckon its pretty cool and original, but needs to be a lot lower with bigger wheels.

Hhahahah i guess is the same owner of the WA guy who posted his standard FTO seat as "Recaro Bucket Seat" on ebay. So like Mikey said, his riding on yellow pages now! haahahahahha

Well i think steve (smorison) already answer your question, basically Aero & Targa top r the same, except one is glass (Targa) & the other just a normal metal (Aero). So if steve is able 2 do Aero, i'm sure the Targa won't be far off.

i already asked Jetspeed, and i was quoted something stupid at over $4K just for the mould... pfffft

if anybody can find someone to build the bar for much less than that - let us know so we can all chip-in the cost for a group buy! ;)

suborn in dandenong/springvale area do custom kits from about 2.5g (i think) but it'd be much cheaper if more than 1 person was getting the same custom kit....
see'ing as 1 mold would be needed.
