Posting Problems

A few people, including myself have been getting this error when they post:

It looks like their post hasn't gone through so they make another one and we end up getting double/triple/quadruple posts when they try and post again :roll:

I am using Firefox 2.0.0.4.
Have we been h4x0red again?

Happens in IE too. Ive been getting a few as well.
