I'd suggest you get a pair of capacitors they eliminate flicker and slow startup they are 10 bucks a pair from eBay

Hey,
When it comes to plugging in the existing headlight cable to the HID's, the HID plug has a tab on it, and when it lines up to the slot on the existing cable, I noticed that the black lead on one goes to the red lead on the other! it can be plugged in the other way, but then they do not "click" in. Which way are they supposed to go, I do not want to break them by doing it the wrong way. I bought mine off of Jonno (ftoworks).

Please help

Looking forward to doing this soon! Does anyone else find it annoying that you have to buy 2 sets (one for high and one for low?)
If you have done this where did you guys put your ballasts?

really need just the one set have found high beams not needed enough

Also have to take into consideration that they do take a second or so to heat up so you can imagine being on a pitch black road switching to high beams only to take a second to to work and not being able see a thing ;)

You think? I live just out of the city and drive often in the dark, usually the only one on the road too...
Do you recommend getting a colour matched set of xenon's or whatever?

And wouldnt you not start driving until theyre on properly? haha

No they only take literally about one second. He is talking about if you need to flick your high beams on for a sec they basically wont work (and flashing HID's is NOT good for them).
