Hey kids just updated my rear speakers from 80w to 300w 6x9s
Being three ways i had to go too town on the honeycomb under the speaker mesh with a pair of plyers and make some room
Then i figured since ive got the rear looking like a bomb hit it what else can i do......... so in went a couple of 6" neons which i stuck to the seat side of the speaker mesh, and ran the power cables into the cabin.
The power for the switch box (grey thing on the floor) was into a cigarette lighter..... note the word was!!! I ended up wiring it up to the back of the cigarette lighter ( The Blue wires positive if anyones interested)
And much to my own surprise everything works great
