GO and see the BEst Quarter Mile TImes thread in the motrosport section.MissxFTO wrote:what did you run on the weekend? im expecting a 17 or something sh*tty like that LOL
Only kidding, got a 15.64 at 91MPH. Was with really crappy launches though, blaming it on clutch for now, can't launch as hard as I would like. I think you should manage a 16 if not for sure 17. A mate I went with has an auto VS V6 wagon with an exhaust and got a best of 16.5. I think you'd better that. Was great to race him though
ON one point all , don't be dissappointed if it realy busy. My mate has been before and got ten runs in great for $36 yes?
But on the weekend it was so busy that we only got 4 runs each. 2 against each other. We sat in the staging lanes for more than an hour on a few occasions but was still great fun and a great night out.

That a vid from the last time I went. My last run and worst but it's the only one you can hear my car. All the others were drowned out by very fat v8's doing burnouts, it's a little scary when the car idleing beside you makes your eyes blurry With the sound you can clearly hear me hit the limiter in first thus my worst run Just though this might motivate some.
Unfortunately I am going to have to pull out to. Got an exam next week I really need to study for and I haven't been able to walk for the last 2 days (back issues) A trip to the physio yesterday has helped but I won't be driving my car till I have no pain which really sucks
Anyway sorry all. I will definately be at the next thing though and happy Birthday for next week Sammi
