Yeh... dishwasher = must...

and 2 bathrooms would be preffered..
If you're keen michael, i can move out anytime and manage to live on $250pw rent till we get a 3rd person in...

And it just so happens to be halfway between our works... and very nice....

Close to city but on a quiet street.. did a drive past this morning and looks the goods.

And pretty sure we dont wanna live at alex hills... no offense sammi, but its way too far out...

This is like 10 mins for me, 15 for michael..

Fits all our criteria... i.e. Room for few cars, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, close to the city, looks really nice, and right on the $$...
Works out at $245 ea till we get someone else in, then $164 with 3 ppl...
and if we want to drop it further, $123 for 4 ppl..

And ben, you have to pay to live in such a beautiful state...

i'd rather pay double in brisbane than half in sydney... lol

and for those who dont know brisbane, this is bery inner city... prob 5 min drive to city center...

Mate Im lol'ing at how cheap it is... I was in a 1 bedroom shoebox in North Sydney & paying $310 a week... by myself! No wonder you lot have got so much coin to spend on your cars!

Alex hills!! :O location location. 5 mins from the bay (might i add theres 4 diff choices of bay views, wello, clevo, viccy pt, redland bay!) and only 25 from the city.

but i know where your comming from sam.

I have a room available at Banyo and need someone to move in asap!

Rent: $135 a week
Power and internet: $20 a week

Pretty sure my lease will be up shortly at my place...

as far as getting value for money, the Mt Ommany area is gold...

I dont mind a bit of a drive to work...

3x = $450max

Only downside is Algester... but its still only 20mins to the city... and bit closer to the coast...
