I have tried BB Code, HTML Code but it isn't working.

try this ;

<a^href="http://www.ftoaustralia.com/modules.php ... &start=120" target="_blank">HATS! HATS! HATS! HATS!</a>

Take out the ^ symbol between the <a href=
but leave a space ;)
