can i add to the DIY to remember to release the handbrake again after you take the wheel off
Does anyone have aratle gun i can borrow or some1 willing to help me do it? I was at the final step and couldnt go further because of that damn bolt. I used a longer bar, wd40, a jack to push the bar and a shitload of muscle power and it didnt work
so close yet so far

i did... On both sides to make sure i wasnt accidentaly tightening instead of loosening...
And since every other bolt came off counter clockwise i assumed the same.
The bearing and the hub itself doesnt look rusted or old though from what i could see... Maybe the bearing just needs to be regreased

find the longest bar you can find and yank that sucker. The longer the lever the better the mechanical advantage

Another technique which I 'dont recommend' is to go for a drive with the handbrake on.
Get it back home quick & get it up on the jack & have another shot at it while there's plenty of heat in it.
As Im assuming you dont have an oxy torch setup lying about...

Fixed the main post up.
Got 2 bearings in the mail today. The ebay ones.
They're actually Mitsubishi units, got the part number & everything on them.
