stock FTO wheel size

What is the stock FTO wheel size, is it 225/50 ? EDIT: Found the wheel size it's 205/50/R16 ?

And how do you work out/estimate how much tread is left on a tyre?

the deep grooves in the tyres have tread wear indicators, as soon as the surface level of the tyre aligns with the indicator, your tyre is illegal. as for gauging % of tread from standard, it's guessing comparison to the same tyre in brand new condition.

There are two indicators though, i can't remember which one it is before it means "change me damnit!".

The standard wheels can be different sizes depending on the model too. I know some GR's can have a smaller standard size wheel

Anyway, what is the size of the standard FTO 16s? Will a 225/XXR16 or something like that fit on there? Have a mate at work getting rid of some almost brand new Yoko semis and theyre a 225/50R16 (think 50.. could be wrong)
