I finally got around to taking out the factory kenwood Big A** sterio out of my car and put in my pioner deck a lot better sound
but I was very suprised with the weight of the kenwood sterio it came in at 4.8kgs
That to me is one heavy pice of S**T
the pioner only came in at 900gms got to love that
now I just have to get a blanking plate to cover the hole.
Dos any one know a good cheep place to get them from ?
I have been on Ebay but can only get them from the UK price is to high I think
and if any one wants a kenwood deck give me a PM and we can work somthing out
is that the standard japanese one that comes with the car ? cos i got one of those too if someones wants it...just pm me...and yea...they are chunk, and its the reason why my centre console cracked in the first place ! i also have the original mitsubishi 6 cd stacker that is in the centre armrest available if anyone wants it ...(you might need to tell me how to get it out, cos i have no idea and havent really bothered) but it is in working condition and pretty much new.

Go to JB's and put in a $20 cd tray/blank in there. Not only looks good but also serves a purpose.Only has 4 pop out drawers though, so only holds 4 CDs I havn't seen a blanking plate yet that looks as good!
those rectangular speakers could work...and would be good if it could get out without having to remove the centre console...i'd prefer a pop up dvd player though (if only i could afford one )...
Mine came with a 1 din shelf pocket thingy very handy till i replaced it with 2 dinn dvd player
