just letting you know I installed the ralliart insets a while back and notice a few weeks later the housing was cracked. Not sure if it was me, or the mounts are too big.

Transgold mounts dont fit an FTO.

Better late then never yes meek are the ones Mitsubishi stock. I've had the same insert in a replacement housing and no cracks. I must have fucked it pressing them.

Hi all, bit of a thread resurrection.

Came across these while browsing eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/1994-2001-Mitsu ... 599111684? (AU made)

Has anyone fitted these or is willing the give them a try? 8)

I contacted the seller as the part number got me question them (MPEVO12MIR33) and he replied with the following:
The front and rears are the same as the EVO 1-9,s and the left and rights are the same as the lancer CE/Mirage's.
They all fit perfectly... However if yours is 98 or older 'some' of these versions came out with a larger gearbox side and you may need a 97 or older mount for it to fit.
The previous post in this thread suggest that not all EVO mounts are the same? :?

Yeah we spoke to him on Facebook. He's legit. No ones bought any yet though, you'd be the pilot.

What's he's said there is not entirely accurate. Front is Evo 4-6, rear is 1-3. Which mounts do you need?

Also what he said about the 98 or older ones being larger is wrong.

97 and older had a smaller DRIVERS side engine mount (not gearbox like he said)

97 and later had a larger one.

Gearbox side is same on all.

There is a chap on "FTO Nutters" Facebook group who have already ordered a set from him for his 6A12 colt conversion but he won't be fitting them for a while.

All of mine will need replacing as they have cracks in them - some bigger than others and it's at times making gear changes harder and cause clunk and/or shudder when accelerating hard. Have ordered the lower ones for time being from Viamoto. Have to think about what am I going to do for the left and right one...
