Does anyone know the best and safest way to remove the speedo needles??

2 teaspoons, one either side and lever up. Works like a charm!

Just putting them back you've gotta be bloody careful...
If you can't dazzle them with dexterity, baffle them with bull...

hey, i know its a late response but i wouln advise anyone to do it themselves. i had my dials replaced professionally n the guy had to have me come back for two hours so that he could fix it to sit right.

why do you need to remove neddles?
if for dials theyshould just slip over :?

well my dials/gauges (sorry, i should me more literal) didnt have cutout n my needles were something "free flowing?" or something.. (im not very tech minded) so they had t take them off to put the dials behind the neddle then pop the needle back on
