Cruise - Sunday 9th November

At this stage, Sunday confirmed, looking at heading to Harndorf, then on the Strathalbyn and then down to Goolwa for lunch at the pub (rather than Victor for a change). Head back after that via a route to be determined!

Has been a while so thought a decent drive was in order.

Meeting place as always, meet at 10 and head off from there.

Well i've posted about the cruise for a cause, which is this weekend. But i'm still up for another cruise. hell yeah!

LOL! Yes, still alive, just kind of side tracked by other things.

Nice spot on the 1000 posts though! Yes, I just thought it was fitting....

Will touch base with some of the other 'old timers' and see who is up for something and when. Will be November - possibly 1st weekend depending on availability, otherwise a couple of weeks after that.

Ok, I wont be lazy - lets talk dates:

8th or 9th; or the 22nd 23rd November. How does that sit?

i'mfree any sunday but cant do saturdays unless after 6pm but unfortunatly will have to be in my shitbox lancer until we get my FTO sorted out..... however ant diy days would be good too i'm itching to do some work on an FTO seems like an eternity since i last touched one

Well, assuming we get a reasonable turn out - then we can look at the DIY day then. The last one was good by all accounts - was interstate at the time I think - but should happen again for sure.

Ok - have a couple more interested parties who may or may not post their intentions!

So anyhow, date is locked in, destination to be confirmed, always thinking of the Hahndorf - Strathalbyn - Victor run, but happy to go anywhere really.

Suggestions anyone?? Just somewhere out of the city of course!

ok im venting and letting u guys know at the same time.
cant make it to the cruise this weekend

work is bloody sending me to melbourne saturday afternoon and wont be back till monday.
so annoyed. was so looking forward to meeting everyone and having a gd club cruise. any chance of getting another one next month or something?
anyway sorry guys and hope to see u all soon.

sweet as mate next month would suit me better too got missus work bbq sunday and i have to go or know what the consequenses will be

Man - thats sh!t! The work thing, not the bbq.....I wouldn't dare suggest that!! LOL!

But yes, hopefully will try and make them more regular again - has just been the circumstance that both myself and Steve have been really busy, hence the lack of cruises.

As it gets closer to xmas gets harder to find a weekend to suit everyone, but we will hoopefully get another in before the end of the year.

As for this cruise - not sure what the weather is going to do but hopfully it will be fine. Thinking perhaps modifying to Strath for pics and lunch, then back toward the hills for some more pics and vids, then take any of the roads back to the city (Lobethal, Greenhill, Gorge etc). Or a combination thereof.

See how we feel on the day really.

If the cruise is still going ahead I'll be there.
Originally from Sydney and haven't really driven around Adelaide so should be good.
I'll be in a Red FTO. NSW plates FTO-00W.
