painted my headlights and wow

The effect is amazing. That old FTO tint really brings the look down. I pollished the lenses with a power buffer and heaps of swirl remover.. that's after a good going over with 2000 grit sand paper. The auto shop didn't match the paint properly which is a bit of a bummer.. it's not as glossy.
I also put a whole bunch of washers under the bolts that hold the lights in to raise them up about 5mm so they sit flush with the bonnet, instead of the usual resessed sunken eye look.

hey man been thinking of doing this too...would you be able to do me a favour and take a far away picture...one with the whole body of the car showing from different angles coz i have a red fto too and i wanna see how it would look...

Sorry just dont like the yellow, think chrome would have looked better. But thats just my opinion
