Sorry for the delayed update all. I'm staying up at Albury this weekend at Boathaven for a bit of reconnaissance for our trip in a couple of weeks. I'm also hiring a boat to see if it can do the job I need it to.

Will keep you posted when I get back before I book the accomodation. When I do it will be for about 10-12 people.

Ok reconnaissance was good. Venue was good, nightlife was good, and the lake/river is good even though it's at 18% capacity.

Can I have another rough show of hands who's still coming to this? I hope you haven't forgotten!

I cant help with the boat sorry guys. My sister had a few too many tins on a fishing mission yesterday, drove over a rock shelf & ripped the transmission off the motor

Well...it really depends on the total cost we are likely to be spending. I have to make a huge payout from my bank account in the 2nd week of march so if it fits into my budget I'll go.

Anyway, wats the news on the boat now that Ben cant help us with it.

we're gonna resurrect Jesus Harold Christ...
and get him to run REALLY fast over the water...
with a tow rope hanging out from between his arse cheeks...
and water ski just like the good lord intended!

aside from that... i dunno... i'm outta ideas :?

Fair enough. Doesn't look like there's many of us going at this point in time so let's call this trip temporarily postponed. Will review maybe pushing this trip back to the 3rd week of March while it's still warm.

There was a white one here in albury today, mates told me as we only know of the two that live here.
