ganador mirrors

does anyone know what other types of side mirrors can be bought for the fto? If not, do any of you lads and ladies know of any aftermarket mirrors for other cars that can be fitted aswell?

Ive been looking into the ganador style aero mirrors, which id love to get cf ones and mount them near the windows but i can't find any

i have really small mirrors from when i bought my car... i havent seen any other fto with them to date. if u go into the vic forum n the anglesea cruise i think nacho put up a pic but it from front on... i wouldnt be able to tell u where to get them but they do exist

Ganador did make the areo mirrors for the fto. However they were only in limited numbers. The only way to get them is secondhand via yahoo auctions japan.

Not sure if T's factory still make theres. You can try them as well.

i wouldn't spend too much money on them though, they just dont make a huge noticable difference IMO, unless you get something really out there.

Ive never seen an FTO with aftermarket mirrors so it would be interesting to see

how about gpat's orange FTO, i think that has custom mirrors.

yeh ive seen gpats in the flesh and i can say they look really good.... They have the side inicators on them aswell... Quite unique

He said he got them off a different car and had to do a little bit of work to get them on... And you can see the screws where the triangular cover is being held to the inside. Looks great - actually inspired me to change mine after some d*kheads vandalised them

Kaze do a set. They come up on Yahoo Japan from time to time. I think I saw a set up there when I was looking day before yesterday.From memory they were pretty expensive though.

From memory they were about 18000Yen (over $200). I have seen them go for cheaper than that in the past though

Actually 18000 yen would be like $310 (That's approx what the rate was 1.5 months ago when I was there, dunno what it is now)

Thought i would bring up an old thread instead of starting a new one...

Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket wing mirrors that are meant to fit other cars but are pretty much the same as FTO ones?

So they would go on with minor modifications?

For example would these for the lancer fit the fto with not much modding?

There is a continuous link to new ones on Yahoo. the 18000Y translates to about $250 odd. And no, it wasnt a typo above
