Fto seat rails

Ok so i just got new bucket seats for the fto...they didnt come with any rails

so just wondering whether a seat rail to suit a lancer or mirage would suffice?

any help would be appreciated.

What brand are the seats? Yahoo Japan always has a big selection of FTO rails to suit the brand names, like Sparco & Recaro etc.

nothing crash hot.

just Monza's

they previously had vr4 seat rails on them as they came out of my friends old vr4.

I had my FTO seat rails "transferred" to new seats for $400 2 yrs ago at a smash repairer....

otherwise...yeah...try yahoo auction jp..

unfortunately ive sold my seats and already commited the rails go with the seats.

yeah the auctions or import monster

as for monza seats i'm unsure if they use same mounting points to rails as recaro or sparco, momo etc

i researched this and found no other car seems to share rails with FTO either so you will have to get aftermarket ones, but expect a high cost esp with exchange rates to japan

well i know i can get some fto recaro rails as ive been offered them but unsure if they bolt on.

check them to see if fit first
if not then i'll be happy to buy them if they are at good price

as i just modded my FTO rails so they sit just a fraction to high

through a business friend of mine

if it works for my car i will ask him if he can get another.

any chance u can post pics of how your rail looks?

just a little hard to do atm as car in NZ still

, all i did was put a couple of brackets across so seats could be bolted and chopped the actual side of rails down so they could fit in them and i could still use existing bolts to the floor
