hey guys, just landed in qld staying in broadbeach for ten days. where are some good places to go. im up from melb with the bf n another couple, doin the amusememt parks but, what else? xx

i cant think of anything, but ten days of surf beach and hotties what else did you want lol
i donno, maybe the shooting range on cavil if you can afford it.
apart from the theme parks and that i can't think of much else actually lol.
maybe talk to simon and he'lll organise a get together cruise/dinner while you are here and we can all pute faces to names and catch up.

but hey i'm drunk so.. .i dont knwo wheer i'm going wiht this lol

If you like clubbing the Family superclub in Fortitude Valley goes off Saturday nights
and for $500 you can get vip entry for 4 persons (no lining up for hours) your own private area which can be curtained off for dubious activities, naughty canoodelling etc, personal drinks waiter, bounser and the envy of all the regular punters.

There's a lot of good resturants to choose from, my personal favorite is the Gun Shop Cafe in Westend... http://www.thegunshopcafe.com/ two mains will set you back around $60 but they're way up there in taste and atmosphere.

For the supremely cool, check out Kabuki Teppanyaki Restaurant in the in the city its so the place to be seen. When we were there last we were seated with Anna Bligh and had to catch food in our mouths from a metre away (yes Anna did it too) dinner and drinks there cost us just over $300

no scenery. going out for like drinks or really good places to eat, theres just too many here! weve rented a car for the week, going to three amusement parks n looking at going snorkelling as well. party party party! haha

Broadbeach is full of good places to eat but none of them compare to melbourne

You have to go Platnium night club and as alkezam suggested try the family if you can get to brissie. Really i hate the night life on the goldie and recommended brissie far more.

Elsewhere and the bedroom are pretty popular but i hate them. Check out prince Albert at the casino on tuesday night's and fisho's at marina mirage for your sunday session (I actually really like fisho's but havent been for awhile)

There'e also the adrelin park in the middle of surfers

hey, im back home now....
we tried getting into East on the weekend when we were up there-- they wouldnt let my bf in because he has too many tatts... f**king assholes-- nowhere else has that door policy n i hope they go bust.

we ended up doing the amusement parks, went into brissie during the day-- looked really tiny n boring (sorry guys) the weather wasnt too crash hot either! lol

kinda glad to be home in familiar territory but might head back up next year

thanks for all your ideas but unfortunetly the people who we stayed with wouldnt get their asses off the couch... poo heads
