Thinking...

Post by dstocks »

I saw my first Audi R8 yesterday and gotta say that it looks sweet on the road. Followed it back from Canberra to Batemans Bay and it got me thinking:

What would those vents look like on the back of an FTO. Before I got my FTO, I hated the back of it (this would have to be the main criticism I think). I must admit that it has sort of grown on me, but I have always thought that there was something missing. I have never been able to work out exactly what and none of the aftermarket kits or mods have done anything for me. This may be another one of those, but maybe not.

Might do a bit of a photochop later on

    i agree with you mate

the stock rear bar of the fto lets it down a bit in my opinion.

hence why i have gone with the veilside rear bar.

i've been toying with the idea of getting a 350Z rear made to fit the FTO.

    nice n curvy

and a lot more chance a decent kit maker would have an existing 350Z rear mold than a R8 mold

Dont worry mate i was thinkning exactly the same thing
CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

i absolutely hate the vs frontbar

and the 1st version of the sideskirts they have

but i dont mind the rear bar...

its better than the stock bar.

had a look at all the rear bars that there was to offer and not many look any good.

    good work alekazam:)
hate to be a little bitch, but you reckon you can do it, so it's duel exhaust and have the rear bar wrap around it? (i.e. move the exhaust up?)
sorry i'm horrible with photoshop... and i dont have it installed lol

Move the exhausts up higher? might have to make the vents slightly higher or smaller
