Hi Guys.

I am looking to sell my repairable write off. QBE wont fix it because it will probably cost as much as a new one BUT innovation assessors have told me that it would be a perfect half cut for someone. The engine/ whole front end is perfect! Still runs fine considering I was rear ended (despite having the rear bar hanging off etc)

So would I. I bought an FTO off Ebay a couple of weeks ago with less damage than yours for 2500

i brought the gpx for 3k and it was completely drivable i drove it an hr home...... in fact i drove it for about amonth till i had a little battery problem lol.

And one ebay sold today for 3200 and has way less damage, i can provide the link if required

yeah, that would be the red one in brissy I was eying off for a while. Front of that one was far from straight and was either a GR or a GS

lol yeah mate sat at 1700 for way too long i had my bid ready but the owner would not repond to some of the questions i had, so i didnt even bother.....I cant believe the price it ended up though

I think it had a nice little shunt up the front, maybe even enough to do some chassis bending

So they didnt answer your questions either. Got the story that it was someone "who knew nothing about cars". Funny thing was, there was a dealer number specified in the add. That was a little fishy to me. Dealers ALWAYS know where chassis numbers are (which is what I asked for).

was definetly a dealer......the same seller that sold the nice looking green/gold metalic fto a few weeks back.........I looked at the detailed buyers feedback and found only other vehicle....one of which was that other fto....when it was auctioned they put the address of the yard in the add.
Dealers are evil; bastards and should be banned from e-bay.
And carpoint for that matter!

I would normally have bought it at that price, but I have far too many at the moment. Im going to be getting rid of them first im afraid.
