Doubling up e-mails

I'm getting two e-mails for every notification event that happens, for example i get a PM, and i get two e-mails...
Anything similar happening to you guys?
This has just started to happen recently.... btw....

that's strange, hang out for the upgrades see if that resolves the issue.
not that i can understand why.....
can you check your profile and make sure everything is in order please

I appologize for the dumb question, it was late in the night
It ended up being Microsoft Outlooks fault, the reason was that i had rules moving all the notfications to a specific folder, and there were two identical rules somehow. So that duplicated the e-mails.
