need help

decided to go and paint some bit in my car got carried away and remove llmost anything that was easy, painted it and waiting for iit to dry to do my final coat went and had a look and found out my dog had gotten to the sheet on table and every thing has been scrached and buggerd i painted it with dulux red gloss stuff how or what is the easiest way of removing and starting again with out using sand paper.

What type of paint is it? Enamel, acrylic, urethane

enamel paint, but ive got most of it off with paint stripper only dammage the speedo cluster outer edge thing but other than that its all good,
