Brake problem

Hey i just got new brake pads, disc rotors. As i did this a couple weeks later my left front side caliper started to play up.It started braking itself because the caliper wouldnt release. So then i went and got the caliper service kits, but didnt change the pistons because they were good. I still have the problem can anyone help me out??

You grease up the slide pistons with high temp grease?

ye they have been greased.could it be the abs unit?
