hello from Brisbane..

Post by naughtika »

Hi everyone..

My name's Christian, I've decided to join as I might be looking for a 2nd car.. for my gf actually..

I've always like the FTO but never bought one.. maybe becuase I waited for my VR4... which I currently own..

hoping to find more detailed informations about FTO's and make friends along the way..

thanks

thanks for the welcome fellas..

LOL @ Cassf88.. well I'll be mainly driving it but occasionally she will be.. so I'll need it to run as reliable as possible.. not that it already is..

WTTC

nice choice on the VR4... what year???

if your lookin for a fto make sure you get a late model, the early ones are really herd on reliability and parts, and if anyones ever worked on one they will tell you how hard they are to work on... so either outsource or know what your doing...

dont want to put you off... but an FTO is not a new, carefree car... its all about love... you give... you get...

PS... post a pic of ya mrs  :la:

this is the current look of my car.. with the series 2 front bumper and brembo brakes all around, picture was taken outside my gf's work too while waiting for her to finish work..

if I do go ahead and buy an FTO, it'll be the 3rd 6A series motor that I'll be working on..

here's a pic of my old Galant as well..

Picture above was taken when I saw my old car at a car yard..

Sorry can't post her pics.. otherwise she'll kill me.. LOL

We call that a "Galant" in singapore. My friend's dad have one. Looks sharky! Love it!
But what he had was a 1.8L tip version and its bloody useless.
