Hey, has anyone had any experience with the Tein S.Tech springs?

They supposedly drop the height 49mm front and 45mm rear, and judging by some pics on the FTOC site this looks ok and doesn't look as low as it sounds.
Spring rates of 3.2kg front and 2.6kg rear sound fairly reasonable as well, but I'm not sure.
Anyone have any comments on them. Are they overly stiff?..good performance? Anything?
