Silver FTO's only! ;)

Post by Rambo »

I decided its time for me to move on from my 16inch rims too bigger and nicer rims as much as my enkei "spider" rims suit the fto nicely,

my choices atm are the black rim red lip(phase i think)
<a href="http://tinypic.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i49.tinypic.com/t0ribt.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>

the simple but hot black rims
<a href="http://tinypic.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i48.tinypic.com/10fw1s6.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>

gold deep dish.
<a href="http://tinypic.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i45.tinypic.com/mto5yb.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>

what about these?
<a href="http://tinypic.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i49.tinypic.com/f4486q.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>

theres a couple others im looking at aswell.
im not a fan of full chrome rims on fto's or 1000 spoke or 3 spoke rims.

so too help me with ideas if you have a silver FTO post a picture (:

end of this we can also see whos got the hottest silver FTO ;)

I've got the rims in Pic 2 in shadow chrome so they're my pick :) Photos of my car are in the gallery (http://www.ftoaustralia.com/modules.php ... emId=70883).

I was going to buy the first set for mine a couple of months ago, but some other things came up, you can also get carbon fibre look for those as well.

Yeah, that style looks hot. @OP, the second one in either black or dark grey/gun metal/shadow chrome would be the go. But get at least 18"

Even with 17s, I had tremendous issues with rubbing on the guards but then my car is pretty low. Good luck with it, 19s will look awesome. My thread on tyre sizes is on the forum somewhere.

not sure if im right to plug...

but i highly recomend Taleb Tyres... i bought my old lensos off them. free tyres (nexens with amazing wet grip), spacers, centre caps, inverted hex nuts - the works. they treat you good.

i did it myself after seeing quotes.

UAS - $80 a corner
drift garage - $45 a corner from memory
sydney guard roller - $60 a corner

after i did mine i found roastergarage which was something like $20 a corner

If it fits a soap box, it'll do an FTO.
