Just a quick question.
With our cars, are the stock side skirts removable on the +97??? I can for the life of me figure out how to install the DC skirts from Dwaynes GB . When I look at my car it doesnt seem the side skirts are removable...or maybe Im just dumb...or maybe I dont have sideskirts???

Re: sideskirts
My understanding is that they aren't really side skirts and that aftermarket parts just bolt over the top.

Re: sideskirts
Are you sure you have sideskirts. Some version R's and some other models dont actually have sideskirts. If the GB ones ones fit on then you dont have sideskirts. It can be a little tricky to notice if you dont know what you are looking for.

Mine just look like an extension from the side panels. They are not plastic and I dont see anywhere to remove them. Craig have you fitted yours yet??

Re: sideskirts
Nah, havent fitted mine yet ... Will do so shortly ..
But yeah, my skirts came off... I have the stock plastic ones... Have a look at some pics of my car and see if yours is the same ... It may be a little difficult to remove, as I am sure they would have been sealed when installed...
But yeah, as Dstocks said, some of the designed FTO's didn't have a skirt .. I think it was an actualy flat panel that was there... I can't see pics at work, so can't look at the gallery to see what yours looks like..

If you have them they have 2 screws at front (which will also remove caps)
about 6 screws underneath then they are put on with urethane i think but just pull off from there

Re: sideskirts
if you dont have sideskirts, the vertical line of the door(cloosest to where the side mirror is) continues all the way down to the 'skirt', so it looks like the skirt has a cut like the it is a 2-piece, whereas if the plastic factory skirts where in there, it looks like a one-piece.
