Headlights and bumper

I saw this picture on fto australia forum (the old one) and im in love with it....especially the lights



How do you make the headlights black around the actual globes?
and what front bumper is that because that looks amazing

if you wanted to do that for real, you have to bake your headlights, open them up, remove globes, spray paint black, re-insert globes, re-bake or re glue

the front bar is a supposed to be a bozz speed
