Does anyone have a step by step guide for replacing the drivers side/passenger side windows?

Hi Duffy, your talking abou the electric window not the little triangle qtr glass?
I will assume your talking about the electric window.
Here is DIY for removing the door card.

Once you have that off, there will be to white clips that are stuck on the bottom of the window and are attached to the window rail by (i think) 12mm bolts. Undo the 2 bolts and then pull the window up through the top. BE VERY CAREFULL NOT TO DROP THE WINDOW.
