Speedo Sensor problem?

Post by HeRo »

So the long story short, i have a gpvr needing a tranny replacement and so bought transmission which turned out to be from a gpx. so i thought i'd the trouble (but really didn't) i got it installed ( i now have one less LSD) and it drives.

this is all fine, but when the speedometer sensor is plugged in

GEARS 1 and 4 Dont work and the N (neutral) sign on my dash flashes. because its imported from japan everythings in jap.

so now i've unplugged for the sake of gears 1 and 4 but please some advice guys,

is this a pain in the arse problem or a minor cut?
