Vic Mini Meet - 30th May

Post by GPXXX »

That's right folks - it's time for another mini meet! :D

it's been more than 3 months since our last meeting, and i bet there's quite a number of us who are eager to catch up with one another, and this will also be an excellent opportunity for fellow new members to meet our lovely crew ;)

for those who have confirmed their attendance for the Mallacoota multistate cruise, this will be a very important meeting because we will be discussing several fundamental aspects of the event (ie: breaks, accom, things to bring, cruise routes etc etc).

Below are the details:

Date: Sunday 30th May 2004
Time: 1:00pm
Location: Genesis Racing, 2 Cottage St, Blackburn

please indicate your attendance by casting your vote and putting your name down on the list, thank you.

We look forward to seeing you all again soon for some good company and a drink or two (and some snacks)! :D

Although I would love to "meet all you lovely people" again, I have work all day on the 30th. So can you please post the results of your discussions because I'm coming to the Mallacoota cruise.

ok folks, the location for the mini meet has been decided.

We will be having a mini sausage sizzle at Genesis Racing in Blackburn. This will give our members a chance to meet and greet our new club sponsor and its crew, and have a chat about what sort of products and services they can offer to everyone.

You may find out a little more about them at http://www.genesisracing.com.au

Sausage sizzles will cost $2 each which incl drinks and plenty of good company... :D

We look forward to meeting you all there soon!

it's at #2 Cottage St, Blackburn...

Simply travel on the Eastern Freeway (outbound) and take the Blackburn Rd exit then turn right at the lights all the way to the end, then a left and do a U-turn.

I will provide a Melways map ref tonight for those who need it.
