Cruising before new year

Anybody who is interested please place some recommendation here.
How bout somewhere near the coast line, preferably a beach or some nice scenery place for photo shooting and view around 28th of December 2010? We can start cruising around the late afternoon and reach there without scorching hot weather and a nice breeze to chill around.
