Anyone live at or near Cessnock?

Post by Astron_Boy »

As the title says.

Myself and the wife spent a week in Pokolbin going to all the Wineries and what not on our honeymoon back over a year ago, and we quite liked the area.

The night life within Cessnock heart was the usual mix of morons in commonwhores and teenagers with parents who obviously dont care what they're doing. But otherwise it seemed like a nice sort of area, for a part westy like sort of town.

I've read mixed reviews on what people think of it, and suffice to say there is negatives and 'SOME' posititves.

But I'm eager to hear more.
If anyone can give some insight, would be great.

Pretty much.
Love the convenience of the city life, but hate the pace.
We aren't really outsy type people and much prefer to do our own thing.
Plus I want the space to work on the fleet, and also to rebuild some classics and what not.

Decent brick houses on large blocks of land are ridiculously cheap and means you have room to grow.

Plus would like a job change, been in this position going 3 years which is the longest stint I've done, always changed jobs once a year in the past.
Looking at working at a winery perhaps...

I've heard Deception Bay isn't what you think it is. :clown:

CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...
