Hey guys
Just wondering what mechanic you use and If you can recommend one that is good with Ftos...
I'm not just looking for any mechanic shop, (I could google for that), only ones that people can actualy recommend.

Thanks in advance

Yep.. UAS in seven hills.

Worked more with FTOs than any other workshop, bit expensive ($112 per hour from memory), though they get the job done quicker than others cos they know what they're doing.

Might get my timing belt done with them then.

Subz, is that first hand experience?

Sure is; not for a timing belt though - Though even if I hadn't been there yet, I'd still give them a thumbs up for reliability.

Not cheap, but the most experienced with FTOs.

Depends on what you need doing ;)

I don't do any job that could go on for more than 1 day. Ie - no timing belts or engine swaps. So your car doesn't occupy my driveway for weeks on end *throws shifty look at Lawso*

Regular service stuff like plugs & fluid changes, no problems.

Haha cool
Well the things I'm thinking I need done are:
Plugs
Plug leads (upgrade?) depends on the price of them
Fuel filter
All fluids
and whatever else we come across, I think one of my belts (ac maybe) need doing because it is starting to fray
And that's all I can think of ATM, but there may be more
Nothing too complicated, just things I don't know how to do yet..

and maybe help me replace the spark plug seals and rocker cover gasket :D

Maybe even have a fuel filter relocation...

He drinks a glass of concrete every morning.

Just get him a bag of concrete

James Boag ;) Or anything laced with Acid will do also.
Actually, just rub some LSD on the rims of all the beer bottles for good measure!

Yep, will be there :)

Plugs, just go for Platinums, leads, well out our way the closest bloke is Magnecor near Parra. They do a set for the FTO.
