Anyone know of cheap but good car sales in Perth?

Will be arriving from the UK on 21st Feb and don't want to throw money away with car hire so thought it would be best to just buy something really cheap until I can find something better. Anyone know of any cheap car sales places south of the river?

You can hire a toyota corolla for $21 a day I think, from bayswater.
Specials seemed to have ended, but you can still ring up for a quote.
