I think the only con of that car in comparison to an FTO would be the engine/exhaust note, and the interior (if you don't count the Recaro seats).

Otherwise I think you'll be amazed by it. It's definitely a big step forward from the FTO as far as handling and even speed goes, and the amount of aftermarket and information there is out there is vast

I reckon the DC2Rs have a fantastic engine and exhaust note. The B18C is fantastic and a well modded one will run rings around many cars.

It is however a very similar car to the FTO. Why not something different gpx000?

even bearing a Honda badge, they r not invincible. Like the FTO, the age and mileage is likely to have lots of wear and tear.
Performance wise, its more superior to fto and yeah i agree with bushido, time to look for something a little different? Maybe an S15?

Yeah, the Teg is a true track car but i still reckon the FTO is the better looking car :thumright:

Yes the FTO looks very nice until the rear end shows. I don't know how a car which looks so promising from the front can look so hideous from the rear. So in my opinion a DC2R is still an overall better looking car.

Though as mentioned why not try something new? I was also going to recommend an S15, or Evo

haha in my area s15 and evos are WAY too common, no exaggeration there. its like 'who doesnt have an s15/evo' haha.
i just assume the type r was a good choice since its one of the best front wheel drive cars.

thanks for your opinions :)

Type R Integra isn't one of the best FWD cars, it's THE best FWD car...
I think today people will argue that the Focus RS took that title but in my opinion Type R is still better

You see I completely disagree, I find the dc2rs blatantly ugly and I love the ftos front and back. The dc2r shape has aged, while the Fto refuses to. People still don't believe it's a 90s car, they all guess early 2000s :)
So each to their own I guess :)

Forget about teg-R. Import an FD2R.
That thing goes around the track faster and even beating the RWD s2000.
Simply amazing for a FWD 4-door saloon.

The Euro type R is crap though.

as much as i love hondas, we r only getting watered down versions here. so let us boycott them...
u know thats not going to happen...given all the import charges, it could be enough to buy an evo already.

The type r will get murdered by the most performance fwd cars mate. Maybe 10 years ago it was the best. A bog stock xr5 would probably eat a type r while doing it with comfort.
