Where can i get some center caps for my wheels?...either mine just keep falling off..or getting stolen!

Depends man, look at the manufacturer's website maybe?
If you're talking about the valve caps for when you air up your tyres, those are available from any auto store...

the wheel brand is called Homark...which is proving a pain in the butt to find...i went to All Jap Auto...but no luck...
