not being picky but that actually isn't a kaze bonnet, this is a kaze bonnet:

I believe that bonnet up above is made in the uk:

but both pretty much the same and also both incredibly expensive, I should imagine

Based on the cost of the item being imported. You only pay if it is worth over $1000 AU and I believe it is 15% of the cost of the item from memory.

Yeah they make ausome bonnets. As for body kits not so good. My brothers body kit for his 300zx had to be re moulded to fit. And still looks a bit off at front.

My panel beater refused to fit it ... I called them up to refund (the kit was re-sold through UAS), and they said my panel beater was too lazy ...

After I told them how he stripped my Evo back to bare metal, and gave the car a lot of attention to restore, and fix up repairs done by previous dodgy panel beaters... they gave us a full refund... You may know of the panel shop actually ... Knotts Smash .. Down at Kembla Wara ..

Others have not been so lucky ...

Do you mean cambewarra? Or Kembla range. Would you know of any good sites that sell body kits? I don't understand why they can't make good moulds. They would get heaps of complaints. Lucky you got a refund.

I was close... Kemblawarra, NSW 2505

http://maps.google.com.au/maps?hl=en&q= ... CBgQ8gEwAA

Just behind the homemaker shops...

As for kits, there are not too many in NSW that I have seen ... I have used Carmate for the AB Style carbon fibre bonnet... I got the carbon fibre bootlid from Vic, and got the front bar+side skirts+rear bar from Dstocks..

The guys at Notts were happy with the quality of the front bar ... The skirts they were happy with the fit, but they did say the spent a bit more prep work then what they thought .. He mentioned they kept seeing pin wholes come trough ... But was easily fixed with more attention to prepping, rather then almost just straight painting like the front bar was... The rear bar (not fitted yet) requires a bit of work to sit exactly right around the lights... Dwayne has a write up about this in his thread...

But ease of instal/bang for buck, Dwayne's kit kicks @ss... You find any better quality then that... I think the guys in QLD have used DMD and were quite happy too...
