Projector Lens..
Hi fellas.. thought I'd share my findings..
I've had these oem FTO projector modules and today I was bored and thought I'd play with it and see if what happens..
here's the stock lens.. which isn't that really clear..
and here's what happens when you spray clear coat of paint on it
I'm yet to test if they actually make the cut off lines sharper.. we'll soon find out I guess..

Re: Projector Lens..
That's so cool!
I've always wondered why our projector lens are like matte/faded/blur while other European's cars came with crystal ball-alike spherical lens.
Anyway, good job on not melted down your headlights while baking it open.

Re: Projector Lens..
thing's I've found out.. try to do this on a clear sunny day.. also do it in a clean area to avoid dust/lint/crap landing on it while the paint is drying up..

Re: Projector Lens..
just to add if you're gonna do this.. I think you should cut n polish each layer, then clean it with wax and grease remover, that way the next coat sticks properly and I think you will get a more clearer result..
