he rear bar wouldnt cost a lot more than just the single bar (they sort of fit inside one another. I get the fibreglass place to do the freight as they get much better rates.

You are looking at an extra or 2. Can get either clear aftermarket indicators (for about $120) or 2nd hand orange stockies for more like $130. If you want fog ights, ebay can help there for abot $40 (although youll need to make up a bracket). Most people use the fog light holes for Cold Air induction though. For the rear bar, youll also need licence plate lights. I used LED bolts off Ebay for that (about $25 from memory).

The front bar out of the mould requires very little prep for paint. The rear bar requires a bit of sanding and prep work (it fits fine though).

Nup, they should have only charged you $500. Ive just called them and sorted it. Youll get a $50 credit from them momentarily. I get a special price. They normally sell them for $550, but if you come through me you get it for $500 instead.

Let me know if that appears (give it a day). If not ill chase it again for you.

      cheers

I cant answer that im afraid. I normally get charged $500 for the bar end of story. In your case, they charged you freight + a box fee (they get charged for the boxes when they buy them and charge a little for packing)

yeah plus they charged me for $55 tax so the bar cost me $605 in total plus $90 for the box a postage so when I get it from you I should just pay $500 plus $90 for the postage and box

So if my calculations are correct they should be charging you $454.54 plus GST making it $500 after GST
Thanks for your help so far anyways

When I buy the bars, its GST inclusive, so im not sure how they break it down. I just looked through my posts and dont have any details to do with freight & packing costs as you organised that directly with them, so I think the best thing to do is ring and discuss. Marilyn will sort it with you. If there is anything else I can do, let me know.

          cheers
