Fto's have an internal filter system inside the intake manifold, there is no actual need for an airfilter, it has been shown to have around 10kw gain on running no secondary filter aka air filter located inside the stock box.

ACCCTUALLY Matt, ive seen dyno sheets that proves its from 9-13kw gain, but thats after you remove the pipe from the airbox to the tb so more air can get into the tb without having to go through a long maze of pipes

Call me a skeptic, but I'd rather keep my filter attached than believe this internal filter stuff. If there is an internal filter, how do you change out the filtration material? Crud has to get stopped somewhere to be a filter which means it must be cleaned/replaced.

With pods, more exposure to the outside element, the better(front bar set up). Heat soak is one of pods downside.
Shielding from water puddle and the police is to take into consideration.
My 2 cent.
Hehehe.

Yeah? I'm currently using panty hose for the last 3 days, the look you get at the check out must be taken into consideration.

For anyone out there not familiar with the idiots posting above THERE IS NO INTERNAL AIR FILTER ON THE FTO. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR AIR FILTER. AND DON'T LISTEN TO THESE MORONS

Seriously someone will read these posts and believe you and end up with a fucked engine which you lot will think is real funny but which is not going to reflect well on the club now is it 8O
