18" don't scrub. Poorly fitted wheel and tyre packages cause scrubbing, not the size of your rims. I have 18" rims and mine do not scrub ever. That's because I made sure that I had the right offset so they fit the same as stock wheels. FYI, I'm running Osaka Racing RS5's 18" x 7.5" with +42 offset. I'd have to check the tyres to confirm their exact size as I can't remember them right now.
