Need to bring my FTO in for a service, if anyone in the club can do it, Im happy to pay them for it to give some work to anyone in the sydney area
Would rather get the work done by someone in the club rather than some shithead thats gonna rip me off

IMO dude, learn how to do it yourself.
It is very straightforward, takes an hour tops and will cost less than 40 minus your oil.
All you gotta do is change the oil filter, top her up and replace a few other fluids every few services - but like i do i would recommend taking it in for an inspection every 10-15 odd thou just to make sure everything is running alright.
Good thing to learn how to do

Plus I bought it a month ago and it hasnt been checked by an actual mechanic yet. Got a mate who knows his stuff real good to look over it, but nothing has been checked in detail

Bonfire is in april, and yes Im attending
but I really should get it looked over before then, the brake pads seem to be buggered, suspension is a little bit uncomfortable and a few bits and pieces here and there like the starter motor have had slight issues

Mechanically it runs perfectly. Its got responsive pickup, doesnt lag, 125,XXX Ks on it and handles nicely, its just a few little bits and pieces that need to be fixed up. Im pretty sure the suspension is fine, I just personally like softer suspension

May have leaking struts as its probably stock suspension - which will set you back about 400 for a set of KYB's
Probably looking at another 500 to get the car mint again inc new plugs, starter motor, pads and probably the rotors machined to match etc
But they are a very very very fun car to drive and
hoon do legal type things in *cough*
Just dont wrap it round a tree, not insure it with comprehensive then try and hock the parts off on here and you wont have an angry mob after you

Yep thats why Im trying to get someone inside the club to have a good look - bit of money going to someone in the club plus I can learn a bit myself, and Id rather do it myself anyway. First car, bit of a project to me
Definitely not going around a tree, or a pole! Got comprehensive insurance
