95% sure, i'm just guessing really, but i don't see why there would be a difference. The radiator is for the engine, both manual and auto use the same engines with the same piping, there is no extra performance requirement for the radiator just because it has a manual box.

However not sure if all year models used the same radiator. Camskill lists two for the fto both for manual and auto but one of them is for pre 96 models

Yeah, you can. Just have a couple of PS fluid cooling lines with nothing connected to them.
