Hey BJ
Regarding the lights, they are hard and at the same time they're not (if that makes any sense
)- its all just knowing what to do, and its even better when another forum member will come out and show you how its done!
How old is your current stereo console? If its never been replaced then chances are its going to want to crack when you take it out
But careful handling can probably get around this.
IMO i think the blue does look great on the climate control, but you do have a lot of other blue there as well, so id say white gets my vote in this situation
And just ignore silvergpx - he doesnt understand that not everybody who owns an FTO is a mechanic/auto lekky/enjoys pulling their car apart every other weekend/doesnt know every bolt in the car

I have my doubts. I'm like 90% sure mine cracks each time I look at it funny.
But there isn't really a way around it, so you will just have to be extra careful. Probably suggest if there's anything else you want to do behind the center console, do it all in the one go, at least that way you only run the risk once. If you crack it you can always carbon wrap it lol

Is it possible to take the floor console off first and push it up from the bottom of the clips itself, so your not stressing the console at all?

aren't there a couple screws holding it behind the centre console bit?

No....because they're usually cracked off too

yeah Taz, no can do. 2 screws holding it in from behind the centre console bit
upside of a very broken console, easy access to take photos lol

Hmm, wonder how to unscrew those then if the console is in one piece and those should be behind it?
Why did they have to make us suffer like this!
