A bit of an update on my FTO as well. Replaced the stepper motor and it now starts first go when cold and idles perfectly.

I need to get my tappets done pretty badly too and wouldn't mind meeting a few other members and seeing thier cars, so if there's room for 1 more count me in :)

If your well mechanically minded and don't mind pulling your engine down and putting it back together I'd say u might squeeze in but have to wait and see what the tappet master says
gotta get there one day :)

You are definatly welcome to come along, help out and see how we go for time for your engine.
I can pencil you in as a reserve for tappets.

EDIT: @ Vectose, Hooray for your stepper motor fix :D

I should be able to tag along and help/watch so I'll know for when I(with assistance) do mine.
Where do you live Phil?

EDIT: I just imagined us all driving up, "tick tick tick tick tick tick"

I live in Blue Haven, Central Coast. I will PM my address/phone to all on the list later next week.
So, you don't want to have your tappets adjusted on the day?

No I would love to, just didn't know if the schedule allowed!
Will definitely do it if someone is happy to assist and walk me through it.
Will there be the necessary tools there?

EDIT: while I'm there I should probably service my car too. Ok time to get a few parts and whatnot in prep.

I will PM address when I have all confirmed members listed.
Start time I would say somewhere between 6am - 9am, depends on when you want to turn up.
Would be a good idea to bring new spark plugs if you have'nt changed them for a while.
Now we need more members to come help, BTW you can do other repairs/mods if your not coming for tappets. More members = more jobs can get completed ;)

Lets all pray together to GOD BENNOZ for nice weather on the day

I guess then if we pray hard enough we might get the above mentioned items aswell to help our day along :cheeky:
