Nup, Nakaya was a famous race driver over there. They got his race team to retune the ECU and engine. Car also comes with a special lip.

I learnt a couple of things here:

- difference between the GR and the GX is a 5 speed tip box

- I was led to believe that the COTY Yellow FTO's only came out in tip, but this isnt true. There are 20 manuals out there somewhere.

Great, so, I have only 1949 spare 5spd tip boxes, clusters and tcu's to choose from, pending all those are still around if ours fails. :roll: :lol:

They're the one's that are hiding in basement warehouses in Japan until they can sell them for squillions of Yen.

Interesting that those production figures say there were 122 Nakaya Tune FTO's yet sources on the Internet all claim there were 300 of them...
