plenum help..6a12

Hi i have a 6a12 mivec just wondering what other if any plenums will bolt on to the 6a12 i know here are some galants that will bolt up just not sure what ones? im looking for a plenum that has the long inlet runners, ive had a look at a 3L magna and they are about 25mm wider :(

The standard one has fairly long runners. You have a stock one? What's wrong with it?
I have a complete standard one, surplus to requirements..

Hi i had to extend the runners as i put a custom plenum on it and it was too short it hit the rear headers...had to extend it by 60mm

I don't think there is one that would fit.
The closest thing would be the 6A13 manifold but I think the port inlets are a different shape so this would be a huge step backwards.

You mean the shorter runners hit the rocker cover?

when i first had the manifold made he cut it off there the torque tubes were and joined the new plenum onto it. when it arrived i tried to bolt it up and it was too short cause the bottom of the plenum was hitting the rear head :( i was looking for a manifold that would bolt up with the long inlet runners but couldnt find one so as you can see in the pic above he had to join 60mm tube lengths onto the plenum then re weld the plenum back on... pain in the ass but will look good when its sand blasted and polished up :)

So are the runners any shorter than stock?
Did the fabricator consider using a different shape plenum to make it fit?

That was the only design that he makes it ended up working in the long run
