Hey Guys,

Sadly it's time for me to move on from my beloved FTO. Selling to get a more practical 4 door (...ugh). This car must be sold by next Thursday 22/06/12. This needs to be a quick sale and that's reflected in the price of only $3500. Come around and grab a bargain.

Rego expires 28/11/2012

Pros:
* Sony MEX-R1 DVD Headunit (Plays a full DVD of MP3s. Just add a screen.).
* Canon exhaust which sounds fantastic.
* Engine has been replaced and has only done about 75-80k total and about 10k since installed. All paperwork included.
* Machined dial surrounds from a group buy many years ago.
* Lowered springs, sports shocks, tower struts front and rear.
* K&N panel filter.
* LSD fitted by the previous owner which I believe is the 1.5 Cusco (but I could be wrong)
* Exedy organic clutch
* Oil/filter changed two weeks ago
* Aftermarket HID headlights
* Genuine leather gear stick boot
* Factory oil temp and VAC guages

Cons:
* Front bar needs to be resprayed.
* Air conditioning has a slow leak. It took 6-8 weeks to discharge since the last gas.
* Stereo surround has a small crack.
* Small hole in the carpet on the drivers side which is covered by the floor mats.
* Wiring to the oil temp guage is incorrectly reporting 150c. Started happening since the last oil change. Just need to check the wire running to the sump plug for a short.

Hi, not going to pretend I have the money in hand, and don't want to bullsh*t you around so feel free to ignore me.

Few quick questions. What colour is the car (can't wait for pictures, ) and how much mileage has the overall body done?

It's white with a pre-facelift front. And I forgot to mention that it's also got a sunroof (forgot that it wasn't standard).

Okay. put me down as a very, very interested. I will go to my local BankSA and inquire about a loan on Monday morning, which, at $3500 is very within my means.

I am in South Australia, so I'll also have to organise for it to be transported. and additionally, I'm going to be in queensland from the 21st. If all goes ahead, will it be much hassle for the car to remain with you for short time?

also, any idea on how much the a/c will be to repair?

@bjk - As long as you've paid by Thursday I'll keep it safe until you can arrange shipping (and drive it wherever it needs to go).

Hey,

My brother is also very interested in the car.

He'll be going to the bank tomorrow to discuss finance for the car, however will likely contact you tomorrow/tuesday, to ensure the car hasn't already been pre-sold. We'll also have to arrange freight for the vehicle, as we are located in North Queensland / Whitsunday area.

Very clean FTO mate, was thinking the pictures werent gonna be too great but it looks immaculate, and a steal at 3500!
Could easily get 6k+ with the car but i guess you need it gone, going to make someone very happy!
