Yeah it's a nice little mod they make a nice subtle difference. You can go into certain garages over here and get it done up. I haven't seen any others with a reg plate over here like it though.

Is it legal so do stuff like that with the reg plate over there?

Yeah I thought so. I think as long as the reg and IRL are clearly visible its ok. I have never been pulled over anyway, but i suppose it depends on what cop you get and mood he's in :pig:

Our road "legal system" is very much like most of Europe between 1939 and 1945.

Just a small update. I ring around a few places and did some research and am able to get the car over for about €4,000-€4,500 all in.
So it looks like you might have a new addition to the club :D.

I might be the hottest seems the air con system and all related pipes were removed to reduce weight lol.

Is it easy to get an entire air con system over there, if so how much roughly would it be?

Sold the car soon after I put it up for sale.
Have been travelling around and will hit Melbourne in January and will be in the market for a car, more than likely a FTO ;).
Any good ones up or coming up for sale in Victoria?
Although a VR4 sounds nice too.

Whats your budget. They are more expensive over here as a rule. You are generally looking between 4K and 10K.

On another note, try and make the Bonfire in April if you are able. There will be Melbourne people making the trip. At the moment we are looking good for at least 20 FTO's. A good chance to meet some of club members see a few nice FTO's.

@ dstocks. I'll try and make it. Hopefully before april i will have something bought. I know the prices of FTOs are more expensive over here, but if the right FTO comes along you know you it will be worth it (hopefully). Hopefully i'll get sorted with a job fairly prompt.
The FTO will have to be a manual and Mivec

(also on a side note, seen a bumper in New Zealand made by you.... nice work)

@ Technikhaus. Meeting up with you in New Zealand made me think hard about them again. And i was just getting over selling mine :(

Thanks. That one is my creation whereas most of the other kit parts ive organised are either duplicates of existing kits or based on them.
